Terms & Conditions



PAYMENT:
All payments, must be made before the event date

CANCELLATION TERMS: 
For partial refund of fees, all cancellations must be received in writing to the hirer (Traditional Fair) no less than 7 days prior to the hire start date.  After this time the company will not refund any fees whatsoever.   If the cancellation is made within 14 days of the event date, the hirer can expect 50% of their payment refunded (minus the non refundable deposit) and up to 7 days of the event date, the hirer can expect 25% of their payment refunded (minus the non refundable deposit).

Any bookings made close to the event date, where payment has not yet been received from the client and subsequently cancelled by the client, within 48 hours of the event, will still be billed for 50% of the hire fee.

DELIVERY:
​Any parking tickets issued to us, as a result of delivering or collecting from your event, will be payable by you the client.

We cannot be held responsible, for any breakdowns, or other situations beyond our control. In the event of this happening and we can't make it to your event, a full refund of monies paid, will be returned to you, the client.
