Welly Wanging

Welly Wanging should be an Olympic sport...Great Britain would excel at it.It's another one of those quirky games, found up & down the Country, at fetes & events.

Simple really, the idea is to see how far, you can throw a wellington boot.

You need quite a large open area of ground, to be able to play this, but apart from that, all you need is a welly & some competitors who will pay, to have a go.

Mark out a line, maybe rope it off?...Then just throw the welly as far as you can, underarm, or overarm, whichever technique works best for you...Standing, or from a running start.

You need a judge, who can mark out the furthest throw.

Have seperate Mens & Ladies heats & a Boys & Girls one too...Have smaller wellies, for the kids to wang!

At the end of the day, the furthest wanged welly, is the winner & receives a prize.
